Ook slaap je vaak beter en heeft het een positieve invloed op je stemming. Regelmatig bewegen tijdens de zwangerschap leidt tot een grotere kans op een natuurlijke bevalling, waarbij medisch ingrijpen minder vaak nodig is.<\/p><p>Na de bevalling verklein je de kans op een depressie.
